For Couples that already have Venue & Vendors and need oversight with finalizing planning Budget management:  Guest count. Vendor coordination: communicating with vendors such as caterers, photographers, florists, etc. Timeline creation: creating a detailed schedule of the wedding day and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Guest management: assisting with invitations, RSVPs, seating charts, transportation, accommodation, etc. Wedding Day Coordination (team 2-3 bridal experts)  Vendor Delivery set up & breakdown  Scheduled event timeline  Coordination with Videographer/Photographer  Timeline for ceremony/reception Vendor Coordination (ie; dj, catering, florist, custom flooring, saxophonist, and as requested by the couple) Bride specialty items and checklist/Vendor Coordination Program Overview and timeline specifications Rehearsal Coordination and timeline specifications Venue decorating assistance and overview.  Set up and clean up assistance. Guest Accommodations and Coordination  Wedding Party Scheduling and Overview  Gift Collection and transport to location as directed by Couple. other items as directed by Couple.
